New wholesaling business

I'm new to the industry and may try my hand at wholesaling properties since it requires little capital. Eventually it will evolve into more lucrative endeavors such as BRRRR (enough R's?). So far all I have is the purchased domain name and a finished website. I think I've created a good hub for both real estate investors and motivated sellers. I'll be filing for the LLC when I get the funds together. Please tell me what you think!
