Free Report For web Site

I finally have phase one of my web site complete and am putting the URL on some of my marketing. Among other things phase two consists of adding a free report to the web site. I have thought of the obvious "25 ways to sell your house fast" or "10 ways to sell your house" or something like that. I am asking for general input from those of you that have web sites and use free reports. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The key is to provide something that readers can't get elsewhere. Create something unique and useful. For example, I offer my business plan, spreadsheets and a bunch of other stuff I created to anyone who signs up for my newsletter. The stuff I offer was all created before I ever did my first deal, so it's not like I needed to be an expert before I was able to create useful material.

Most people are surprised at the crazy number of newsletter subscribers I get, but it's because I'm offering something that new investors can't really find anywhere else (at least not for free). Think about what you would/do want as a new investor and that's probably what others want as well.

Remember, provide good content and they will come...
