A Year End Observation about Seller Leads

I've been sorting and cleaning out the files for the year. One of the reasons I do this is so I can revisit any leads that I've overlooked to see if they should be tossed or worked. As I went through the correspondence and contracts, I noticed for every deal that closed or is pending this year that the initial contact with the seller was in 2011. I've never had that happen before. Usually there are some deals that come right after a mailing or an initial contact.

So, my marketing for 2012 was 3 times the number of pieces in 2011. Does that mean 2013 is going to be a busy year? Looking forward to finding out!
