What menial and repetitive tasks do you want help with?

We are doing work for real estate professionals or handling BPO's for the past year. Business is turning down low and I have been trying to expand our small firm and being very creative or adding more services. So with that said, what are other menial and repetitive tasks that RE professionals needed help or that we can offer on the real estate field?
