Approaching Probate Attorneys
Good Morning all!
I am in an area that is becoming more competitive for finding off-market wholesale deals. As I am just starting out, I do not want to send out 100s of Direct Mailers and play the waiting game. I would prefer to build relationships with professionals in adjacent-to-RE industries to help with lead generation. I am aware that most probate attorneys will have a realtor they work with, however, I can imagine some clients would prefer not to MLS their properties and close more quickly. This is an email I wrote up to send to probate attorneys in my area. What are your thoughts!?
Thank you!
"Good {Morning, Afternoon, Evening} {Attorney Name},
I am reaching out to you today to open a conversation about probate cases and the property that may come with them. You certainly have more important tasks at hand than reading my email, so I will be brief.
Our goal as real estate investors is to connect people who do not want the hassles of MLS listings and need to offload properties, with people wanting to own those properties. While adding value for all parties involved. We are local to Blue Springs and would love to partner with attorneys who need an effective avenue to offload properties for their clients.
When you have a client looking for a fast turn around please keep us in mind!
Thank you for your time,
Nic Hodgkin
