What is the most successful software to generate seller and buyer

I'm just getting started in wholesaling what software I can use to generate buyer and seller leads in the Pennsylvania area

Sorry... but I think everyone here is going at it the lesser way.

Someone here said something absolutely correct. ahem and I quote:

Imagine if you will.. 2 hungry little islanders (and yes it is CRUCIAL they are little for this example).. at the beach. One has a harpoon and one a fishing pole. And I am making this up as I go so  bear with me.

All the fish in the water are hungry. They really need food!

so are the men!

So the guy with the harpoon jumps in and chases the fish and has a hard time catching them.. but sure he does catch a few here and there. The other guy (much more handsome sexy, with beautiful curly flowing hair...) he leans against a palm tree, cracks open a coconut and get out a coconut tree worm.. munches on the rest and sips the water and says "aaahhhhhh" remember those old Coca Cola commercials right before the movie starts? cold glass, ice clicking in the glass.. ptchhhht, bottle opens.. gobble gobble pssshhhhhht as the gas settles pouring in that black liquid heart attack goodness... glub glub.. and the famous "Ahhhhhhhhhh"? Well just like that he does the coconut pee!

Swings one on a hook. Puts his straw hat over his face and relaxes. Every few seconds he catches hungry eager fish fighting to get at those juicy worms!

Which one is the better way? Yes of course the pole dude. It is obvious right? Then why can't 90% of the people see this with their own situation??

fish = leads

harpoon guy = most of you

Sexy guy with amazing hair with killer pecks.. = Moi

My line (website) is in the water (online) and I am realing in the fish (leads).

OK come on I can not get any more clear...erm..  any clearer? ererer? than that!

No lists, no driving for dollars, no facebook no whatever will EVER beat a top ranking website with a fine tuned credibility score and SEO second to none!

When that happens sellers will desperately find you and beg you to buy their house.

Dude seriously.. forget software! That is ABSOLUTELY for people without the skill, drive, motivation to step up and rise above the rest and make it big. The second you follow the masses you will be nothing better than mediocre... simple as that.

This investing game i hard, rough brutal. If you are not a shark you are a sardine! And that is a fact! People like that will never EVERRR surpass the relentless best that will do what ever it takes to become the king of the mountain!

Please keep this in mind:

The first thing you need to do to become successful is adjust your mindset accordingly. Whe I hear people talk about the "lazy" form of "making it".. "ohh I have no money for DMM, I have no time for learning SEO, I have 15 little babies that need feeding".. EXCUSES!

Valid exuse or not... EXCUSES. Life is not going to give you a break because you have 31 kids to take care of! Step up or sit at the sidelines and watch the go getters crush it.

SO..

My suggestion to you is this

Step back. Look around you. Find the people that are about to crus it hrd. No forget the masters that are crushing it right now... just look at those that are struggling yet making steady process. Make a list. Write down  what all these people have in common.

I will help you a little.

The fact that they are struggling, yet making progress, means that they ARE WORK HARD!

The fact they are struggling means it is not easy for them, which means they are tackling things they are not 100% good at, which means they are learning and teaching themselves the things they need to be doing to make it. (SEO?)

They don't do shortcuts

They do what it takes, whatever it takes.

Trust me, the second you change that mindset, you need to go back and read your BP post again and you will say "wow, I have grown a lot mentally". I am ready to take over!

So then what do you do?

Well change your mindset because if you are going to wholesale now.. ike this I am TELLING YOU, you will quit in a month! I promise you this!

You know when you are not going to quit? When you spent 15 hours a day working on your business improving it slowly but steadily and see it come to life. No matter what happens rest assured after a crushing fall you will stand back up after you see how far you have come nd the work you have accomplished even if it did not bear any fruit... yet.

Forget lists.

I don't think you will find any software you can just buy and have leads flowing in. There are lead generating websites to get sellers and buyers. It doesn't take long to develop the website but it takes times, months, for these to start bringing in real numbers of people. You can do Ad Words or PayPer Click but these can take a lot of money. Direct Mail is popular but it can take 3-5 months before you start getting any good number of deals. Driving for dollars is very effective as you are calling/mailing to houses you have seen and know there is a motivation for the property owner to deal. I am not familiar with those sites you mention but if they were the panacea of getting leads everyone would be using them.

What do you mean by software? If you are trying to get started wholesaling, the key to everything is locating truly motivated sellers... those homeowners that have an actual NEED to sell and not just a want. There are many ways to find these motivated sellers, but I can assure you there is no software that is going to make them magically appear. Search this site for info. There is a massive amount of free information on this site.
