North Georgia- Resources Needed

Hello Fellow Investors,

I would like to start using the BRRRR Strategy and need to gather up a team in Cobb & Cherokee County. I've done flips and a couple BRRRRs in the past, however it was in another state and it was about 5 years ago. Although I have many lessons learned, it is almost like starting over.

Can anyone recommend any of the following?

Wholesalers

Hard Money- I paid the $3000 to join Do Hard Money already but open to other options

Portfolio Lender

Commercial Lender 

General Contractor

Title Company

RE Attorney 

I am also looking to network with other investors in the area.
