Structuring real estate investment deals
I have investors wanting to partner with us because we are gaining some attention in our real estate LLC. I just wanted to hear some ideas of how investors are structuring deals with partners. Keep in mind I own the company, manage the projects and have a set team to do construction. Also, I don't need additional investors to maintain our current track.
