DESPERATELY NEED HELP

I realize that I get ripe off by one of the Guru of Real Estate after reading a book on BP education page. It's been 6 months since I've been followed their plan, the only result I got it's debt, I have 80K of debt now. I was debt free, except my mortgage. my credit score was 799, now 680. I've been doing everything like networking, boot camp,listing to podcast, webinar,read books applied for loan, analyzed deals, sent about 100's offers, ......nothing works. At one of the meeting I went to, they told me that the proof of fund that I use is not good because it's online, anyone can find it, that's why they none of my offer has been accepted. Most of the agent in my team stop sending listing . Fortunately, my husband is Real Estate agent now, so he has access to MLS, I took the RE class also, but I was still working as a nurse. Just got laid off from my main job after 10 years.

I need help to find PROOF OF FUND to send my offers

I need a lender, or a line of credit

Please help,  I don't want to quite RE. I will work days and nights to realize my goal.
