Hi guys,  I need help or advice. This evening I was presented with a commercial property 8 bed and breakfast. It is in the Caribbean's.  I have no experience with commercial nor international. I didnt put it under contract because its my sister's friend. I said let me see what I can do and call you back tomorrow. This person is asking 1.5 m or obo. Is there anyone experienced in this type of investing?
