Where to begin. For me being 23 years only and in a large market here in Chicago and NWI I knew and was told that we would have to pump out the content to prove credibility and quality.

We needed to flood a space that was already full of investors and wholesalers and flippers.

So we used content and a lot of it.

Started with platforms we had a lot to choose from but we started pushing content on these

Facebook (Business and Personal)

Instagram (Business and Personal)

Blogger

Vine

Google + (Business and Personal)

Youtube

Flickr

Our website

Bigger Pockets

Twitter (Business and Personal)

LinkedIn (Business and Personal)

Tumblr

Pinterest

I knew when people went to google Bolthouse Homes I wanted a wow factor of "Man that is a ton of content" along with "they really do some professional stuff"

I aimed for 25 total posts a day and one video a week.

We do all of our own content.

We now shoot our own listing photography and videography.

We design our own logos for our brand and other brands we are working on which is about 5 different ones.

We handle all of our own printing and we save about 1/3rd of typical printing costs.

Company naming and brand direction. Those brain storming sessions that take a long time to just form the name but then the vision of the company is clear and has a real brand and market potential.

Beyond this I knew we needed to stay pumped and motivated cause being an entrepreneur those 12-16 hours days can begin to feel heavy so motivation is so key.

Stay motivated - Stay focused on your goals - Keep grinding

The one reason people in this business will fail the most is your lack of patience, when people go into their own businesspeople think its going to magically happen in five minutes. The lack of patience is what hurts so many people.

This won't happen overnight.

Gary Vaynerchuk took a 3 million dollar business to a 60 million dollar business in 5 years.

What people didn't see is from age 22 till 30 years old Gary worked 7 days a week 15 hours a day.

People see these big names of these massively successful people and they say I want to be a millionaire and I want to be there.

They didn't see the 10 years 100 hours a week grind and hustle it took to get there. Never forget that.
