Stop Wasting Money In Video, Do This Instead

I see few topics on how to create a video for your real estate business which can go from FREE to a couple thousand dollars. When in reality, it doesn't matter how much it cost to create the video, I'll tell you why. What really matters, is attracting and converting viewers into sales! No one cares what medium we use, it can be instagram or snapchat but the strategy behind the conversion is what really matters. What the investor cares about is "does it affect my bottom line"?

That bottom like is to MAKE MORE MONEY!

I've been creating videos for years and it does not matter if we are shooting on a camera phone for snapchat or a $20,000 camera to create a promotional campaign. What really matters is are we creating a strategy behind what we are doing.

Video Storytelling With A Funnel Is The Answer.

Below is an example Using Facebook Video Advertising. Creating A Video That leads to a conversion is what really matters. Results of 0.01 cents or lower per view that leads to a CTA!

Anyway, I just wanted to point out that everyone should not ignore video marketing, and generating leads/customers through a funnel. Creating a video just for the sake of creating it and slapping it on Youtube and rely on SEO is a waste of time and money. Focus on Direct Response Campaigns that affects your bottom line which eventually leads to sales.
