Private hard money lender
What are some good questions I should ask when talking to a private hard money lender? I've seen some things about points what are they for? I think they typically charge 10%-12%, what is the percentage usually for a beginner investor i'm assuming higher percentage because there's more risk. I'm not sure how it all works, I'm trying to get educated so I know what to expect ( and not look like an idiot) when talking to a hard money lender? Thanks in advance for any help!
