Wholesaling : How to handle phone calls with a full-time job

Hello Bigger Pockets community! My names Drew and I'm a wholesaler just starting out. I am seriously concerned with how I will handle phone calls from potential motivated sellers when I'm at work. I don't have to type of job where I can answer calls unless it's at 12pm or after 4pm. Do the investors that have been(or are currently in) in my position some good advice for someone that can't afford a virtual assistant right now? Thanks! Drew McLeod P.S. If there are any cash buyers interested in investing in the Atlanta market, message me your specific criteria and I can add you to my buyers list.

I think messages is not a bad problem to have. You can then listen you their message and have a little bit of time formulate a better response based on what they shared. And if they share an address, you can do a little research beforehand. Appearing to be busy isn't a bad thing either, make them think you are busy doing deals all day long!

I was going to sign up for Google Voice, but they have no phone numbers available in my area, and I don't want an out of area number. I haven't tried an alternative yet.
