DIrect Mail Response Rate on Free Trial for Property Management

Hi all,

Long-time lurker and new contributing member.... I have read that Direct mail response rates range from:

Postcards 0.5%-2% over a frequency of 6 times

Zip letters - 1-3% over a frequency of 6 times

Yellow letters - 8-12% over a frequency of 6 times

My question is:

Does anyone have any data on response rate of postcards for property managers seeking new clients by offering free one-month trials?

I hope that the response rate would be higher as it's not as committal as the wholesale marketing leads I've read about (managing home vs. selling home), and I'm giving away a service for free.

This refers to vacation rental property management.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your contributions!
