Wasting marketing dollar

I have a list of absentee addressees I have been sending direct mail to. However, I have noticed that some owners appear multiple times because that same person owns multiple properties in the area. Would it not be a waste of marketing dollar to be sending the same mailer multiple times to that same person? In other words should I be deleting duplicate mailing address's? Or is it better for that same owner who owns multiple properties to receive a letter/postcard for each one of his/her properties?
