Handwritten or typed-print Yellow Letters? Does it really make a differnce? Experience in success with either?

Just wanted a take on the experiences of any who have had success with yellow letters that were handwritten versus typed-print and if it really does matter. 

I want to seem personal and show personal interest in the seller so I am assuming handwritten may help in that regard, but my handwriting sucks!

Any suggestions or experiences will be appreciated.

@Account Closed for our direct mail campaign.  He uses a printed font that resembles a hand written style.  It looks real and people comment on receiving a hand written letters. 

The most important part is definitely the message.  You want the seller to call you so you can begin analyzing the property and working the deal.  

I would 'not' put your website on the letter.  This will only create problems by directing them to the internet where they can find your site and many others just like it.  The lead that would of been exclusively yours is now a feeding frenzy for all your competition.  The entire point of direct mail is to have exclusive communication between you and the seller so you can build rapport and find a win/win to close the deal. 

Use your website to create a completely separate stream of leads.
