hey everyone my name is andre smith and im currently working on my marketing strategy, so after about 9 months of showing face in a local real estate club(showing face is not just showing up to the events but really going there and showing enthusiasm and networking and trying to build long relationships and going to any extra events I could and I learned this all from biggerpockets and I feel blessed to have stumbled across there website about a year to year and half ago) any ways I have worked myself into there group and over that timeframe I have working on my current house and hoping that my house will appraise for more then $25k then I bought it for one year and 8months ago and I have been preapproved for $18k home equity loc if appraisal goes good(should find out in a few days). so I will be using some of that money to start my marketing strategy, so I have been focused on re-listening wholesaling and direct mail podcosts and over and over again all of the guests had mentioned something about you have to be different then everyone else be creative but all I keep hearing is bandit signs, direct mail, door to door but nothing that made one individual different besides one might have a different negation tactics or is a better listener (something to the extent to that, not going to lie I am kind of rushing this just so I can hear everyone thoughts, so sorry if im not to detailed or grammar isn't correct right now). Any ways my brain has been racing lately because im not the best negationer yet and I don't want to spend money marketing and then not close the deal so it got me thinking what could I do to make up for that lack of negation skills and one of my main goals in life is to give back to veteran's, im a veteran myself so I always have planned to start donating to a charity, so finally back to my question, can I market that I buy house for cash and donate some of the money that I make off of the wholesale to a cause of my choice like the dav or a local vfw or Minnesota military fund, so im just curious is that possible to do? because I have never heard of anything like that and I don't mind at all donating a portion of the money I make because im only doing wholesaling right now to build more rapport and build my overall confidence in real estate transactions and ofcourse to generate some money to save up and work on my rentals and I feel like it would be awesome to be able to help out the homeowner and help out my charity and myself at the same time sounds like a win win or I am missing legal issues

well thanks hope you can bear through my long message.i work a 8-5 then I grind on real estate and reading everything and anything bigger pockets has to offer  so im glad I can now be able to get on here and actuall enage instead of just reading articles people post, since all the house work I was doing to get done and ready for appraisal and it looks like its perfect timing to start utilizing biggerpockets with Brandon turners webinar coming up tm,you guys are the best!
