when marketing to code violations do you mail direct to the house with the violation or look up to see who is owner on title and mail to them?     Also how often do you mail to code violations once you start a campaign?    Once per month?   2 times per month?

@Gerald Harris owner of record, house is often vacant. I find they are often motivated once per month should suffice. You may offer to send them a photo of there home, often they don't realize how bad it has gotten.
