Finding Effective Mailing Lists

Hi everyone,

I am new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate in general.  I am looking for best practices for developing direct mailing marketing lists.  What are some of the best methods you have used that you found to be the most effective for finding lists to send direct mail?
