I actually had a room of 16 Cold Callers... Getting a hundred dials an hour is going to require a dual headset and two phone lines and then youll be dialing random.

Random is a prefix plus 0000 then 0001 then 0002 until you get to 9999 and then go to a different prefix.

If you're calling FSBO or Expireds if you get to 25 an hour you'll be doing great.

As for actually speaking to someone if you talk to between 12-16 people you're a super star. Conversations take at least 4 minutes on average.

The key is two fold. One do it and second stay on script.

and the difference between night calling and day calling:

When night calling youll have more conversations however with a lot of children and typically the rule is you call during the hours you want to meet people. So if after hours calling expect after hours appointments. And its hard to see a house in the dark.
