Calling all the pro marketers on BP. How are you going about lead capturing leads from direct mail. My business is scaling and the leads are pouring in just have to get organized. So can the pros help me with a system that may help me out with capturing leads and how do you go about miss calls on google voice or setting appointment. Thanks any and all help will greatly be appreciated...

I got to the point where I could not follow up with all my leads in a day or 2 so I just hired a live answering service. I setup a script and webform so when someone calls in they input directly into my webform, which is a google form and inputs into my google spreadsheet.

There are many answering services out there, most of them cost about $1/minute, I chose to use VoiceNation, they seems the most flexible.
