What is the Impact of NAR Commission decision on leasing commissions ? Are the landlords still expected to pay commission to agents on both sides, leasing and showing ?

 This is a very highly revionalized question. Some locations landlords typically pay, some locations the tenants pay.

I don't expect that a settlement to stop advertising commissions in the MLS will have an impact on leases, or sales for that matter.
