hey all, iv got a question, when it comes to internet marketing, what is the best and most effective way to find motivated seller, from a squeeze page to google ad words, i honestly dont know iv never done any of it unless its craigslist, im also not wanting to spend a ton of money just yet either, so what works?

Hey Thomas, video marketing is a low cost and effective way to get in front of motivated sellers in your local market. You can either record your own video for free or head over to Fiverr and get one made-up for about $5. Then upload it to YouTube and other popular video sharing sites. Be sure to use geo-targeted keywords in your title, description and tags, that motivated sellers would most likely type into Google when looking to sell their home quickly.

For example...Sell My House Fast Oklahoma City, We Buy Houses Las Vegas, Oklahoma Home Buyers, Stop Foreclosure Broken Arrow, etc. Also be sure to put your phone number and a link to your squeeze page in your description. Send a few social bookmarking links at it and your video, (depending on the strength of competition), should hit the 1st page of Google in no time at all.

But why stop there...

You could also get a lead gen website ranked on the 1st page of Google using free sites like WordPress.com and Blogger.com. Use the same geo-targeted keywords and soon you could have a video and a website on the 1st page of Goolge generating you motivated seller leads on auto pilot.

FYI, you can also use these same geo-targeted keywords in your title and text of your Craigslist ads and now you could have 3 web properties sitting on the 1st page of Goolge attracting motivated sellers.

Don't forget Backpage.com and OLX.com. Now you've got 5 web properties on page one generating you leads on auto pilot. Do this for every city you invest real estate in and you'll have more leads than you can handle.
