RAL in Downtown Cleveland.

I own a building in downtown CLE that has a 3 yr old new buildout with 12 bedrooms, 7 total full bathrooms, 1 half convenience bath located in community area.  5 bathrooms are shared with 10 bedrooms( jack and Jill layout) with 2 single bathrooms for 2 private suites with one of those suites being ADA compliant.  Large community area, Large gourmet kitchen as well. Has 8 off street parking spots, fully sprinklered and alarmed.   How would I advertise to potential RAL companies for potential lease opportunities?  Excellent location close to hospitals, entertainment, Lake Erie, bus lines, sports and Police and Fire Station.

Thanks!
