Pre-marketing rental listing before closing.

Hey all, looking for some feedback. I am purchasing new construction SFR and will be renting it out. I was confirmed and scheduled for closing on December 22. Would it be a good idea to start listing it ahead of closing with an "available this date" kind of messaging. Or just wait until closing and start listing it then?

@Luis De Jesus - If you are pretty much certain that it will close and do so as scheduled, then I'd start pre-marketing the coming rental vacancy NOW - to get a tenant for February. It may be pushing it a bit to seek a tenant for January if you are not scheduled to close until 12/22, as that might get delayed for any number of reasons. Does the builder have all materials as needed to finish the house on time? Any lender or rate concerns. Any concerns on your part as the buyer / borrower that might cause problems closing?
