Looking for more marketing techniques - I'm bored!

Guys, new here but a long time investor in Atlanta & South Florida. Been in real estate 10+ years. I really want to leverage marketing and ramp it up! There is a sneaky suspicion that says the next 5 years will be good... Can you guys help me spice up my real estate love life?

Strictly Bandits:

1. I currently do my own "zones" most are unhealthy parts of town with lower values. Whats the max you would go? Would you do bandits in an area where home values are over $250/300K (Ok, how about $400K?)

2. Other than the obvious highway off ramps and busy lights, where else do you get a solid response?

Door hangers:

I have never hung them personally however I have sent out high school kids to do entire neighborhoods. Until one was stopped by the police and had to go back and pull them all down... wasnt funny at the time but I still see the kid and its pretty funny now. Either way, they were expensive and labor intensive. What are your recommendations?

Advertising:

I had a successful service business at one time, got tons of business from coupon books. Has anyone ever advertised and seen a response from Val Pack or the like?

The question we all hate:

Where is the best money spent in your monthly marketing?
