Absentee Lists Question

With your Absentee lists, how often do you pull new leads?

Through listsource, I came up with 190 absentee out of state owner leads with additional filters.

But this list is what it is because of the date of last purchase filter. So, it won't change unless a year goes by and I add another year or if a property sells and therefore drops off my list. Right now I have it set at years 1950 - 2000 with 40%+ equity.

Since this list doesn't really change, do you just keep mailing your same initial absentee list over and over until they're ready to sell?

Thanks in advance for your input
