Section 8 Screening Checklist

We're a long term landlords (1999) but we've never done section 8 housing. Anyone in BP land willing to hand-hold through our first rodeo? I'm wondering if there's a screening checklist, certain credit score, etc. We don't want to recreate the wheel. Also interested in any other tips and tricks, do's and don'ts you have experienced. Thanks in advance.

@John Wallace, I love Section 8 - it's all I do and I answer a lot of posts on here on BP about it. Instead of regurgitating all that info, I hope it's ok to suggest that you take a look at my Forum posts on my profile. I think you'll get most if not all the answers you're looking for and probably some you didn't know to ask.
