Section 8 Inquiry on Zillow

We have a single family home property in Colorado that we just listed on Zillow. I received an inquiry through Zillow messages asking if the owner accepts Section 8.

Do I need to respond to this inquiry message? 

The property is not currently part of the Section 8 program. Does that matter? Don't I need to accept Section 8 in any case due to fair housing laws? 

I would greatly appreciate any input or expertise on this matter from the community. Thank you!
