Screening tenants without social - Applycheck

My husband and I have been landlords for nearly 10 years and are considering renting our SFH in NJ. There's a family that is interested but they don't have a social security number, only an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) which can be issued regardless of immigration status. Everyone deserves a place to live and there are plenty of people coming to the US for work, school, extended stays without socials, so there's got to be a way we can screen these tenants. I've looked in the forum but most posts are very old and most recommendations suggest to simply not rent to people without socials. As I did a search, outside of BiggerPockets, to find a solution to this problem I came across applycheck. Does anyone have any experience with them? They offer statewide eviction, nationwide criminal bankruptcies, liens and judgements, U.S. sex offender, FBI/US Marshals lists, terrorist search/OFAC for all renters with or without a social. Their website states that it is an independent credit reporting agency providing Transunion credit reports. I appreciate any insight you may have. Thank you in advance.
