Are landlord reviews of tenants a thing?

I know there are some websites out there that let tenants write "reviews" of their landlords. Is there anything like that, but in reverse? I know the worst of the worst tenants will sometimes have something on record in the courts, but I'm curious about more mundane things, plus there are lots of landlords who don't even waste their time trying to take tenants to court. Interested in a website where landlords can post/share reviews of tenants they have, so that during the screening process, landlords looking to place tenants might be able to come across this info. If a site like this doesn't exist, I'm thinking of creating one, perhaps starting local and expanding if it catches on.
