Knowing what you know now as opposed to when you first started off…

What are your best practices for screening for tenants that you found work best for you as you scale to many units?

There's not much I'd change. From the beginning, we've run a credit and background check, called references, collected proof of income, and done a Google search. Haven't had issues yet.
