$20 Billion in Unpaid Rent yet there is $45 Billion for Renters

So the "eviction crisis" we're hearing so much about comes down to $20 billion in unpaid rent nationwide. https://www.newsweek.com/evict...

But there's a $45 billion fund for renters available: https://www.fool.com/the-ascen...

Of course, only $1.5 billion has been doled out despite it being around for months. Honestly, $20 billion is nothing compared to the two separate trillion plus dollar stimulus packages. If this truly is a crisis, the solution seems obvious and is already funded more than twice over. The level of incompetence in rolling this out is truly spectacular.
