Hi everyone, im been investing in Detroit buildings for more than 5 years and always happens the same - The property managers steal our money, im from Argentina so i know all the tricks ( In Argentina we are the champions of taking advantage of people), some i miss them because but it always ends with BIG BIG bills month over month. I just wanna ask if someone has a honest property manager to present me. thxs for all.

@Mariano Marco it's unfortunate that you've had to go through this! Whether these PMC's intentionally stole from you or did it via incompetency, the result is the same. Detroit needs MORE investors to continue its recovery and stories like your will cause less investment in Detroit:(
