Which Cities/Neighborhoods to buy in 2021??

Hello all,

I’m looking to buy an investment property in Cleveland Ohio. Which cities / neighborhoods are current hot markets ? Also what are some common problems with the properties out there (eg roofing, pipes, electrical, etc) ?

Side note: Is there anyone who would like to partner up on an investment over there ?
