BRRRR course question

Thomas Mosely
Posted

I read a ton of books about investing in RE and the BRRRR method. I truly still did not have the confidence to make an offer and purchase a property. I'm looking for little push and help me minimize my mistakes. I recently came across a course but they are asking 7K its 2-3 month course. I feel like I've good understanding of BRRRR but cant make the next step. Do you think it's worth to invest that much $ on course to teach you the BRRRR. Thanks

Hi @Thomas Mosely, my simple answer is:   Absolutely do not throw money at a course like this!  Your hold up is not understanding or information -- you've shared that you have plenty of that.   To pay thousands of dollars for more information AND information that can readily be obtained for cheap and free elsewhere, is not a sound idea.

Don't overthink investing dude.  You WILL NOT and in fact CANNOT know everything you need to know from the get-go.  You're going to make mistakes and you're going to learn along the way.  That's part of it and you're job is to minimize the risk of ruin by learning some best practices and putting them into play.

So go out there and get started :)
