As a couple others have mentioned, I would really try to educate yourself on real estate, get an idea of what niche you like the best, and really try to dig into it more with more intermediate/advanced books or other resources. (There are a lot of resources here on BP alone.) I would also try to learn your market as much as you can as well. Hope this helps, best of luck!
