2011 Foreclosure Report

The latest news about the nation’s foreclosure crises is that there is going to be a rise in the amount of foreclosures around the nation. If you go by the Warren Buffet formula of making money then this year would be the time to buy. I live in Boston, Ma and my market was not hit as hard as other parts of the country (a lot of local housing markets appreciated in value) which means 2011 will probably be similar to last year. I believe that this news means more opportunity.
I wonder how many Real Estate investors on BP expect this year/news to be positive for them. Also, if you live in a Weak/medium/strong local market, do you think it helps your prospects of making money?
