Rent Drops Nationwide as Vacancies Spike
Here's an interesting article on rent drops across the U.S.:

Although this is based on apartment stats, I'm seeing it here with SFHs in selected areas, though not all.
Looks like approaching deflation to me -- the old 'good news, bad news' scenario. Good news for tenants, and for RE investors with cash. Bad news for overly-leveraged landlords or those who did not buy at enough of a discount to get through this.
Any one else experiencing this?
