I was just wondering everyone's thoughts on how the outcome of the election will impact small multifamily real estate?

Thanks!

No idea and anyone who thinks they know is just guessing. Yes trump was probably seen as more pro business/real estate than Kamala but we also do not know yet what the past two years is going to cause in the next year or two as well as what other global and macro events can have a significant impact. For example, if China invades Taiwan and Taiwan implodes its chip foundries that would be really really bad for the world... I am sure most real estate investors are not even familiar with what I am talking about, but the economy is a global economy and Multifamily investing is a tiny component too things and how immigration, inflation and other factors are handled will also have significant impacts that we just have no idea.
