Interested in MF syndicate investing
Hello, I'm new to BP & am interested in multifamily syndicate investing. I heard about Lifestyles Unlimited, The Total Wealth Academy & Elevate CIG. Has anyone here ever worked with any of these or any other MF syndicates before?

Because one syndication has a problem does not mean all of them, or even most of them do. I've never lost money in one. On the other hand, I have deep expertise in multifamily investments.
Do you avoid stocks because of Enron? Do you avoid bonds because of Lehman Brothers? Do you avoid owning a home because some have been foreclosed on? Of course not.
