How to find work life balance

One question that I get asked frequently is how do I find work life balance?

Between running multiple businesses and having a personal life, it’s something I’ve definitely had to learn over the years.

Based on my experience, here are my best tips:

1️⃣ Planning time to get organized and prepare. For me, this means getting to the office early in the morning to get organized and prepare for the day.

For you, this could be staying up later in the evening.

Do what works for your schedule, but take the time to get organized and prepare.

2️⃣ Don’t try to do everything alone. Bring in the experts. Invest in a great team. Let them do what they’re great at and focus on what you’re great at.

3️⃣ Commit to greatness. I wake up every morning and commit to being the best husband, pet owner, family member, employer, and servant leader I can be.

Not every day is your best day, but you can always commit to giving each day your best.

The same goes for balance; not every area of your life will always be perfectly balanced.

However, taking time to get organized and prepare, having the right help, and committing to greatness will surely help keep you going down the right path.
