Fractional Real Estate Investing through Blockchain

Taylor Rossmann
Posted

As the Blockchain grows, more opportunities are going to be available to invest as little as $100-$500 in commercial real estate. Is this attractive to anyone else? Has anyone else heard of this type of investing? I'm interested in hearing what you think.

This definitely has some upside and see the advantages. My concern is the fees associated with such small investments using crypto. My other concern would be the volatility of the coin or ETF with such a small buying pool.

I just listened to an awesome podcast on this topic. PM me if you want me to send you the link.
