Wanted to discuss different strategies for investing within an investment market such as Hawaii. Any active members in the islands? if so, would love to start a conversation.

thanks for the feedback. Kailua is a great town but its very expensive. what kind of market has been successful for you there? i've looked at kailua and there are some houses with ohana units that seem like a great opportunity for a house hack but the costs are almost never under $1mm. are you using air b-n-b to increase your income stream or finding another way to make it pencil out (i.e. renting to higher paying military?)?
