Purchase price: $289,000
Cash invested: $48,000
Sale price: $414,000

Fix & Flip property we completed.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The numbers worked and there was a shortage of housing due to hurricane Michael

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

SEO work that we do with google AdWords. I negotiated it with the seller directly.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash and part Hard Money

How did you add value to the deal?

New Kitchen, Roof, Flooring, Painting, Landscaping
