Out of state BRRRR financing

Hey all, I am trying to purchase a brrrr property in Columbus Ohio. This would be my first deal, and I would like it to be funded with a hard money loan. Any advice or tips on how to get the loan with no experience?

You need to find a great deal as a new out-of-state investor using hard money. I know some out-of-state buyers that have done it here in Columbus, Ohio. I would be happy to chat with you about their experiences.
