Purchase price: $165,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I purchased this for a residence. I later found my life partner secured another loan for a house she liked more and got it well under MV.. kept this residence because it cash flowed fairly well.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

First time home buyers experience honestly in a very hot market.

How did you finance this deal?

USDA loan

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Chad with supreme lending co in Huntsville, Alabama as my lender has done a SUPERB job of handling all of my questions and helping me through the process.

James Lawler is who my realtor was, and he did an astounding job as well.
