Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Atlanta.

Sale price: $350,000

Renovated fully added 2nd floor addition

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have always been able to visiualize an improvement on any property . And i worked for a new home builder and over saw the d construction & over saw 200 homes,

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am a real estae agent so i found it in the and negotiated the deal

How did you add value to the deal?

More square footage and updates throughout

it is now under contract
