Fix and flip turned into our home for five years!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Bradenton.

Purchase price: $91,000
Cash invested: $50,000
Sale price: $256,000

This was BY NO MEANS a quick fix and flip.... We were both working full time and living there. 50s style home completely throughout everything was either pink or baby blue.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Seen the potential it had!

Our good friend was a realtor and found it right before it went onto the MLS.

Never live in a house that you are totally remodeling.
